Midweek evenings

On the first Tuesday evening of the month there is a prayer meeting at the church itself from 7:30pm – 8:30pm.

On most other Tuesday evenings there is a meeting in someone’s home – often referred to as a “home group“. This is a good way of getting to know other regular attenders at Eastgate Church. If you would like to get to know some other regulars on a deeper level, then join a home group and meet at someone’s house and share Bible study and prayer (and sometimes social events are arranged).

Talk to Rev Oliver Stopp or Barbara Dart (Church Secretary), or any of the Deacons about joining a housegroup. (The Deacons are part of the leadership team.)

There are quarterly Church members’ meetings (more frequently if necessary).  These are open to all regular attenders (although voting is restricted to members of the church only).

If you would like to become a church member please speak to Rev Oliver Stopp or Barbara Dart (Church Secretary) or any of the Deacons.
